HTW-91-WT416 series thermostat is widely used in this environment like Homes, Residential buildings, Schools, Offices and etc. to main an ideal room temperature purpose. It can be used both in

Heating or Cooling systems typically could be integrated with the following equipment:

• Thermal Valves or Zone Valves
• Combi Boilers
• Gas or Oil Burners
• Fans
• Pumps

Buttons Operation

• Modes selecting or Time setting, etc
• Modes: Selecting Automatic Mode, Comfort Mode, Energy Saving Mode, and Frost
• Protection Mode
• Time Setting Press and hold this button for 3 sec, and increase or decrease the value bybuttons; sequence from Hour, Minute to Weekday via pressing the SET button.
• Temperature up, or other parameters set
• In case of internal and external sensors are selected, press + button for 3 sec, Setpoint is displaying the external sensor’s temperature; after 3 sec, it returns to Setpoint
• 5+1+1 Programmable setting

• Press the button and program setpoints and time zones accordingly Increase
• Decreasing or Increasing value by 10 mins by buttons.

Normal State (the steady connection between Sender and Recipient)： When the RF signal is transmitting, Green LED is flashing ONCE in every 30 minutes; Heating equipment connected, Red Led is ON

Integrate Panel with Receiver

How to Learn

Recipient(RECEIVER)：
Press and hold Learn button for some secs, Green LED will keep flashing. When the Learn is done and successful, Red LED is on and Green Led stop flashing.

Sender(HTW-91-WT410 Controlling Panel)：
At the state of switching off, press and hold button for some secs to enter into Learn. In this case, the display of room temperature is “rE”; after that, press button quickly, Learn is matching. If Learn is successful, the display of Room Temperature should be “OH”; if not, the display is “Er”, please Learn again.

71	High Temperature Differential range          between    room temperature and setpoint	0℃~9℃(when the room temperature is higher than temperature of setpoint plus this deferential setpoint, heating equipment is cut off automatically)
81	Low Temperature Differential range          between    room temperature and setpoint	0℃~9℃ (when the room temperature is lower than temperature of setpoint minus this deferential setpoint, heating equipment is activated automatically)

Error Code

If there are any errors happened, error code will be displayed

• Er1 Internal Sensor
• Er3 External Sensor
• Er5 RF Signal Transmitting

It might occur that some or all of them happen at a once. Please figure out by values.

• Examples：
• Er8 = Er3 + Er5
• Er4 = Er1 + Er3

Frame/LCD Color and Dimensions

• Housing: white defaults, customized colors can be negotiated
• LCD Display: White defaults, Blue and Green colors are available

Mounting

• Mount the room temperature controller in location where the air temperature can be measured as accurately as possible without adversely affect by direct solar radiation or other source of heating or cooling.
• The Room Controller is with fold-out stand, which is can be used to a removable device.Please refer to two pictures at right side.

Wall-mounting

• The baseplate is for universal mounting.It means it can be mounted on flat wall or mounting boxes. And below are the steps

Battery Replacement
If the battery symbol appears, the batteries are almost exhausted and must be replaced
