APPLICATION

The RC-2000 Omnistat2 thermostat provides precise control over the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems inside a home or business. The device uses advanced digital technology that learns the heating/cooling patterns to control the HVAC equipment for maximum efficiency and comfort. The RC-2000 includes humidity monitoring and control, serial communication to external devices like the Thermostat Display Control, and emergency heat mode relay signals.

WHAT DOES THIS DO?
Using Lumina RF wireless mesh technology, the thermostat provides precise digital control over two stages of cooling, and three stages of heating, and features an automatic heat/cool changeover. With temperature readings available in both Celsius and Fahrenheit and simple or advanced displays, the thermostat is a perfect universal device ideal for implementing into a larger Lumina Gateway automation system. The thermostat can intelligently manage electric, gas, geothermal, and radiant heat energy sources. Simply turn the scroll wheel to the right or left to adjust the temperature, and use the three buttons to navigate the menu on the display. View temperature setpoints, modes, outdoor temperature, run time by week, and more. Change the backlighting color from blue to red or green with the turn of the scroll wheel.
