Thermostat with display

Features
The thermostat with display can be used to manage the temperature control system (heating o cooling) of the rooms where it is installed, and can be configured for different applications based on needs.

Which system do you have?

MyHOME temperature system with central unit (par. 3.1) Master Probe
Thanks to the internal sensor, the thermostat can operate as master probe of a MyHOME system. In this case, it will obtain the set-points from the central unit that manages the system.

Hotel room system (par. 3.2) Hotel thermostat
The operation in the hotel room configuration gives the customer the possibility of easily setting the temperature to the desired level of comfort. The hotel manager can integrate the individual thermostat installed in the room as part of a system that can be managed using a software for the monitoring of consumptions, therefore avoiding unwanted energy waste.

Individual residential system (par. 3.3) Home Thermostat
The third type of use, as room thermostat, manages the temperature control of an individual system, without the need for additional control devices

Summary of functions and operating modes

Using the thermostat

Master Sensor in MyHOME temperature-control system (with control unit)
If configured to operate only as probe part of a MyHOME temperature system, the thermostat receives the main set-points from the central unit (temperature set-point, summer/winter set-point, etc.). You can change from normal operation to Comfort, ECO or Antifreeze/Heat protection mode using the local key. With MyHOME_Suite you can disable the change mode by local key. The setting of a manual temperature set-point is possible, but it is only temporary, as it will only last until the next set-point change sent by the central unit

Operating mode

  • Press the MODE key once or more, to select the desired mode
  • The symbol of the new mode appears and the set temperature flashes (thermometer symbol off). Use + and – to change the set-point.).
  • After a few seconds the new set-point is saved, and the measured temperature appears (thermometer symbol on).

Temporary manual mode

  • The set-point set by the central unit can be modified temporarily for the zone controlled by the thermostat. The manual set-point remains active until the central unit sends a new set-point.
  • Set the desired temperature using + or -; the display will show the symbol
  • After a few seconds the new set-point is saved and the measured temperature appears. In this example the set temperature is higher than the measured temperature, therefore also the heating on indicator will come on

Thermostat with display

Comfort, eco, antifreeze/thermal protection operating modes
Select one of these modes using the MODE key. The thermostat will no longer follow the settings of the central unit. The sensor mode must be set to automatic to be able to return to the control unit settings. The mode cannot be changed from the control unit or other control device. MyHOME_Suite can disable the mode key

Fan-coil adjustment

If the thermostat manages a fan-coil type load, it is possible to adjust the fan speed using the dedicated pushbutton. With MyHome suite you can disable the automatic speed setting by local key

Press FAN to set the fan speed at the desired level
