Using a Wired Thermostat
On the Wireless Thermostat, press and hold the set button until the device beeps.

On the Wired Thermostat, press and hold the set button until the Wired Thermostat double beeps.

The wireless Thermostat setup is complete.

Use ºF or ºC

Follow the instructions below to change the temperature mode of your thermostat.

Controlling Millivolt Heaters

You can control vintage millivolt heaters with the INSTEON Wireless Thermostat if you replace the mercury float or battery-powered thermostat with an IO Module*.

Wireless Thermostat requires at least one Dual-Band INSTEON device to communicate with IO Module.

Controlling Line Voltage Heaters
You can control a line voltage heater with the INSTEON Wireless Thermostat if you replace the line voltage thermostat with an INSTEON Micro Module.
