HTW-91-WT410-X8 series thermostat is widely used in these environment like Homes, Residential buildings, Schools, Offices and etc. to main a ideal room temperature purpose. It can be used both in Heating or Cooling systems, typically could be integrated with the following equipments:

• Thermal Valves or Zone Valves
• Combi Boilers
• Gas or Oil Burners
• Fans
• Pumps

Setting Data Back-Up Tips
Set-points and other parameters is able to be retained when batteries are replaced, except Time setting(If replacing batteries quickly, time setting retained as well). Please check and reset the time if got lost.

Buttons Operation
Modes selecting or Time setting,etc. Modes:Selecting Automatic Mode, Comfort Mode, Energy Saving Mode and Frost

Protection Mode
Time Setting Press and hold this button for 3 sec, increase or decrease value by buttons; sequence from Hour, Minute to Week day via pressing button.

Temperature up, or other parameters setting
In case of internal and external sensors are selected, press + button for 3 sec, Setpoint is displaying external sensor’s temperature; after 3 sec, it returns to setpoint.

Ex-factory Settings

• Temperature down, or other parameters setting
• On/off button
• Red Power LED
• Green RF signal LED
• 8 Zone Valves Working Status: when the corresponding zone valve is working, LED is on; When LED is off, its corresponding valve isn’t working.
• 8 IP Learn buttons

IP Learn button
Normal State(steady connection between Sender and Recipient)Green LED keeps ON when the RF connection is working fine. But, When the RF signal is transmitting, Green LED will flash ONCE in each 15 minutes; If Heating equipments is connected, Red LED is ON

Integrate Panel with Receiver

How to Learn：
1st Recipient(RF RECEIVER)：
Press and hold Learn button S1 (from S2 to S8 are learning in the same way) for some secs, Green LED will keep flashing. When the Learn is done and successful, Red LED is on and Green Led stop flashing.

Weekly Programmable Wireless LCD Room Thermostat

2nd Sender(HTW-91-WT410 Controlling Panel)：
At the state of switching off, press and hold button for some secs to enter into Learn. In this case, the display of room temperature is “rE”; after that, press button quickly, Learn is matching. If Learn is successful, the display of Room Temperature should be “OH”; if not, the display is “Er”, please Learn again.

3rd Recipient(RF Receiver)： 
Press the Learn button once finally to exit Learning Mode after “OH” displays.

71	High Temperature Differential range          between    room		0.5℃~9.5℃(when the room temperature is higher than temperature of setpoint plus this deferential setpoint, heating

	temperature and setpoint	equipment is cut off automatically)
81	Low Temperature Differential range          between                  room temperature and setpoint	05℃~9.5℃ (when the room temperature is lower than temperature of setpoint minus this deferential setpoint, heating equipment is activated automatically)

HTW-91-WT410 Under switch off status, please press and hold the button set for 3 seconds

Remark: Those parameters can be set under Manual Mode and Automatic Programmable Mode. In other modes, parameters are defaulted

Error Code
If there are any errors happened, an error code will be displayed

• Er1 Internal Sensor
• Er3 External Sensor
• Er5 RF Signal Transmitting

It might occur that some or all of them happen at once. Please figure out by values.
Examples：

• Er8 = Er3 + Er5
• Er4 = Er1 + Er3

Wiring Diagram

WARNING: RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK. Disconnect the power supply before making an electrical connection. Contact with components carrying hazardous voltage can cause electrical shock and may result in severe personal injury or death

Frame/LCD Color and Dimensions

• Housing: white defaults, and customized colors can be negotiated
• LCD Display: White defaults, Blue and Green colors are available

Mounting

• Mount the room temperature controller in a location where the air temperature can be measured as accurately as possible without adversely affect by direct solar radiation or another source of heating or cooling.
• The Room Controller is with fold-out stand, which is can be used as a removable device. Please refer to the two pictures on the right side.
• Wall-mounting

The baseplate is for universal mounting. It means it can be mounted on a flat walls or mounting boxes. And below are the steps

1. Take off the baseplate from the controller
2. Fix the baseplate using a screwdriver on the wall
3. Load the batteries
4. Insert and clip the display unit on the baseplate.

Battery Replacement
If the battery symbol  appears, the batteries are almost exhausted and must be replaced
