The Verdant VX Series Thermostat is the ideal choice for hotels, multifamily buildings, schools, and other commercial properties.
The thermostat has a large backlit screen and intuitive buttons that make it easy for occupants to manage the temperature.
Customizable minimum and maximum setpoints ensure occupant comfort while reducing unnecessary wear and tear on HVAC equipment. Built-in wireless mesh networking enables optional remote management features.*
An optional humidity control feature enables short bursts of fan and cooling to ensure room humidity never exceeds problematic levels.

  • Fan Control Mode allows properties to set the thermostat to automatic heating/cooling, or manual mode with access to a continuous fan.
  • Set Point Limits prevent occupants from setting the room temperature to extreme levels.
  • Optional Online Management allows for remote management of thermostat settings from any internet-connected device. Automated email notifications alert property staff of inefficient HVAC equipment, low battery status, etc.
