About your thermostat

BHT-321 is a programmable thermostat, used as controlling floor electric heating or water heating system electric actuators open or close. The thermostat is used in the commercial, industrial, hospital, hotel, hotels, civil buildings and villas for heating control.

Precise comfort control keeps temperature within 1°C of the level you set. Data memory when power is off. Easy installation. 86mm*86mm and 60mm European hidden box is selectable.

White or black shell is optional.

Operation

1. Setting Power on/off
   Press to turn on/off the power.
2. Setting Temperature
   Press to set the temperature.
3. Setting the Clock
   Press to set minute, hour and week.
   Pressfor adjusting.
4. Setting the manual mode.
   Non-programmable means manual.
   Press to change manual and programmable.
   will display in the screen in manual mode.
   Press to set the temperature.
   Press to set minute, hour and week.
   Press for adjusting.
5. Adjusting program schedules
   Press into programmable mode. LOOP will display in the position of the clock.
   Press to select the control way: 5+2 or 6+1  or 7 days programmable.
   12345 display in the position of the week means 5+2; 123456 display in the position of week means 6+1; 1234567 display in the position of week means 7 days programmable.
   Press to select the periods.
   Press to change the temperature;
   Press to time adjustment.
   Press to change the time;
   Press again to select the weekend’s temp.  and time according to the above steps.
   If you want to make a temporary adjustment in any period, press then will flash. When finish the setting, all will confirm automatically.

Remark:

1. The defaulted temperature of period 3 and period 4 is the same as period 2. Please change it according to the request.
2. When setting temperature is OFF, this period is powered off.

Setting functions and options

Press and hold for more than 5 sec. into high senior mode.

Remark:
When the temperature for floor sensor is more than 44℃, the relay will stop; When the temperature for floor sensor return to 40℃, the relay continues to run. It works whn room temp. is lower than set temp.
Sensor error:
Please select the right sensor mode. If select the different mode or there is error of sensor, Err will display on the LCD screen, the thermostat will stop heating till the problem is solved.

Installing your thermostat

This product is suitable for standard 86*86mm wall box. European box will be finished within 1 month.

1. Connect the line of power and valve into the terminals.
   Fix the wall plate into the wall box by a screwdrive
2. Connect the lines with the LCD board.
3. Connect the LCD board into the wall plate.

NOTICE: The installation wire should be 1.5-2.5mm2.
